The strains of microorganisms used for purifying water bodies play a significant role in maintaining water clarity in ponds, pools, aquariums, and water features. These single-celled organisms are naturally present in aquatic environments but can also be used as a product to improve water quality. Their main function is the biological purification of water by degrading organic pollutants and inhibiting algae growth.
In aquatic environments, the bacteria contained in bi water intensively consume dissolved organic decomposition products, such as ammonia, nitrates, phosphates, and urea, resulting in a decrease in their concentration in the water body.
The main effect of the action of bi water bacteria is the transformation of ammonia, a toxic nitrogen compound in water bodies, into safe nitrogen compounds. This process is crucial because high concentrations of ammonia can be harmful to fish and other aquatic organisms. In adequately aerated aquariums, ponds, and pools, self-purification of water occurs due to the rapid consumption by bacteria contained in bi water of soluble forms of nitrogen, phosphorus, and mineral substances. This process reduces the accumulation of bottom sediments and the risk of harmful pathogen proliferation.
Regular use of bi water eliminates excessive growth of aquatic plants and algae and neutralizes unpleasant odours. In the case of aquariums and other artificial water bodies, regular use of bi water helps maintain water in a healthy and clean state, which is particularly important, especially during fish breeding. The product can be used even in the presence of animals.
Carefully selected combination of different strains of Bacillus sp. bacteria in an amount not less than 1x109 CFU per 1 gram of the product.
The most effective operation of the product is at temperatures of +20°C to +30°C.
Closed water bodies, ponds:
Aquariums: mix the product with water at a rate of 1 g / 500 ml of water / 1 m³.
